Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the required notice period may be subject to a late cancellation or missed appointment fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.Appointments must be canceled before the applicable cancellation deadline to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. No-call/no-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee of $50, up to the full service price, depending on the circumstances. TARDINESS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. Any applicable fees will still apply. SICKNESS For the health and safety of our clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of an infectious or contagious illness. If you become sick or aware of a contagious condition, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. When possible, cancellation fees may be waived for illness when proper notice is provided.
